The VINUM Restaurant is closed at weekends in order to prevent the Covid-19 outbreak.
We decided to take this preventive step thinking about the health and well-being of all our customers and employees. We believe it is a measure that will contribute to a lesser spread of the virus as well as a quicker return to normality.
We would like to invite you to visit us from Monday to Friday, for an Executive Lunch, à la carte or a dinner with a view overlooking the river.
We will be happy to provide you with a good food and wine pairing experience.
The restaurant is part of the Graham's Cellars, in Vila Nova de Gaia, built in 1890 and today completely restored. It consists of the lounge and a "Winter Garden" room with a privileged view over the Douro River and the Luis I Bridge. The cuisine uses ingredients sourced in the North of Portugal, based in a new experience: from the best fruits and vegetables from the interior of the country, to the flour ground in a stone mill that serves as the basis for our artisan bread, the “world’s best fish” that arrives daily from the Matosinhos Market, or our exclusive old cow meat from Trás-os-Montes. An almost forgotten cuisine that enriches, comforts and win us over.
