Located in Matosinhos, in Porto, we are close to the airport and the most important train stations. We offer a travel experience that allows tourists to explore Portugal and the North, at their own pace, with freedom and without limitations and a trustworthy good service. Our mission is to offer travelers the Adventure of a lifetime!

But our converted vans are not just beautiful!
There is much more to say, they are much cheaper than traditional camper vans. In addition, they are easy to drive and park.

Comfortable seats and beds - Our camper vans enable up to 4 or 5 people to travel. All of them are equipped with 2 extendable beds placed as a bunk, each with its own light.
Pets Welcome - The Getaway Van is a pet friendly company.
Ready-to-Use Kitchen - You can cook and wash or dry dishes wherever you are! The kitchen is perfect for those seaside breakfasts, or those wonderful dinners to enjoying the sunset ... The small kitchen is super well equipped - dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge and storage space.
Quick assemble Table - The table can be assembled and disassembled in a matter of seconds. In turn, the passenger seat can be rotated backwards, giving a feeling of space expansion. The table can serve as a space for meals, work, or for those endless game nights!
Free Wi-Fi and GPS - Can't live without internet? We’ve got you covered! On your trip, take a hotspot with unlimited Wi-Fi. You will only be lost if you want to! As we have a TomTom GPS to guide you through your road trip.
Solar Power - The solar panel you will find on the roof charges the second battery of the van, making it electrically autonomous. Besides wanting you to feel warm and comfortable throughout the trip, we try to make our contribution to the sustainability of the planet. Green thumbs up!
Cool shade - The awning is an essential element in a camper van. All our vans have one. This way, you will be protected from sunburn on the hottest days, and from rain on wet days.
Bike Rack - Do you love cycling? Our vans have the option of placing a rack (extra) that can take up to 2 bikes.
