Library of the Faculty of Fine Arts - Porto University

The main goals of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto Library are: to provide the teachers, students and staff the necessary information for the effective exercise of their activity; to boost the educational process, actively collaborating in bibliographic exhibits; to promote the contact with other Libraries or Documentation Centres; to exert its action in the acquisition, gathering, treatment and diffusion domains of pedagogical, scientific and cultural character; to ensure the information’s conservation and recovery; to take care of the restoration of degraded items; watch over the fairness and justice of the information’s distribution.
