ESAP

The Escola Superior Artística do Porto (ESAP) is a university school with more than 30 years of experience in art education. Its location in Porto’s historic centre is a strategic choice that has contributed to a significant interaction with the local community and the urban environment in which it is inserted. Since its inception, it has been an UNESCO associated school, has also established various national and international protocols with universities and other institutions of an artistic and cultural nature, and its students have been awarded prizes and mentions at a national and international level. ESAP is also a space where encourages research and a meeting point for artists, theoreticians, researchers, curators or other professionals, national and international, both internal and external of the institution.
