Guarany Café is located in Avenida dos Aliados, in the city centre of Porto. Part of a surge of coffee shop openings in Porto in the 1930's, this is a project carried out by the architect Rogério Azevedo and decorated by the sculptor Henrique Moreira.

Founded in 1933 and known by many as the "musicians' coffee shop", every week it reinforces its identity as a cultural centre, offering its customers the most diverse events, such as business lunches and dinners, poetry recital nights, musical, celebratory and literary dinners, Cocktail parties, coffee breaks, book launches and training sessions with coffee breaks.
