Tourism Police Station

The Tourism Police Force (PSP) - Comando Metropolitano do Porto, was formed in 1998. Being in contact with tourists and ensuring their safety is of upmost importance given that police officers are qualified in foreign languages, namely English, Spanish, French and Italian. It also supervises public transport available mainly for tourists, as well as tourist buses in terms of quality of transport.
