The second edition of Serralves em Luz is back with a night-time and open-air exhibition.
The initiative, which transforms Serralves Park into an “impressive” light exhibition, has the artistic direction of Nuno Maya. The designs, created specifically for this exhibition, combine various forms of light with different locations in the park to awaken different visual sensations and emotions in the spectator.
“Along a three-kilometre route, 25 light installations, using multiple sources, low energy consumption technologies and even plant elements recovered in the park itself, provide a magical sensory experience, in an immersive environment that provides new perspectives of this remarkable space and beckons to discover its natural and architectural heritage”, explains the foundation.
There is also a programme of guided night-time tours and photography workshops, which require prior registration.
Serralves em Luz can be visited until October 31st.
