Purchase on Online Platforms
It is possible to cancel or change the date of Porto.CARD’s online purchase before exchanging the voucher for the card. For this, you should contact directly the online platform where you purchased the Porto.CARD.
The moment the customer has in his possession the Porto.CARD, the conditions are the same ones as "Purchase at the tourism offices".
