cívica. É Licenciado em Design pela ESAD e Pós-Graduado em
Marketing Management pela Universidade do Porto.
Tem uma enorme paixão pela região do Norte de Portugal, princípio que sempre norteou a sua intervenção pública. Numa altura em que o setor do Turismo se continua a afirmar como absolutamente decisivo na economia nacional, Luís Pedro Martins é Presidente do Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal.
