The group exhibition "Histórias com amanhã – uma cartografia solidária da relevância das galerias do Porto", curated by Miguel von Hafe Pérez, has already opened. Make your itinerary and visit the different spaces until June 5.

This is only the visible result of the first moment of presentation of the project "Situação 21", a collaborative work between six galleries of the city, promoters of the initiative, in co-production with Porto City Hall.

Between Rua de Miguel Bombarda, Rua da Restauração, Calçada de Monchique (Miragaia) and Rua da Alegria there are six exhibitions to discover: "Contemporaries" (curated by Andreia Garcia) at Galeria Fernando Santos, "The Convivants" (curated by Pedro de Llano) at Nuno Centeno Gallery , "We Want Electricity" (curated by Susana Lourenço Marques) at Galeria Pedro Oliveira, "Pontas duplas / Split ends /" (curator Aida Castro) at Galeria Presença , "Ária do encanto - uma flor que talvez não distingue o céu e a terra" (curator Luís Pinto Nunes and Luís Albuquerque Pinho) at Galeria Quadrado Azul , and "Uteropias" (curator Samuel Silva) at Kubikgallery.

Rui Moreira visited these galleries, accompanied by Guilherme Blanc, artistic director of Batalha Centro de Cinema. The curator of the group exhibition, Miguel von Hafe Pérez, also joined in the visit to the galleries, where the curators of the different exhibitions networked by this common project presented their respective works.

Created in a particularly challenging social and economic environment, "Situação 21" intends to underline the importance of the work developed by the galleries, as engines of innovation, production and creativity and decisive agents of internationalisation of national artists, also highlighting the relevance of their action in a prospective sense.
