The most recent name on the list of establishments and organisations recognised under the Porto de Tradição municipal programme is the Rocha & Leitão hardware store.

The store, located at number 155 in Rua do Almada, saw its entry into the protection batch of the Porto de Tradição unanimously approved, at this Monday's City Hall meeting, following a proposal signed by the councillor for Economy, Tourism and Trade, Ricardo Valente.

Rocha & Leitão was founded in 1983 and is dedicated to selling hardware, tools, screws, metals and utilities. Over time, the store has expanded its business area, starting to also sell paints and varnishes, plumbing material, taps and bathroom accessories and bathroom suite. According to the establishment's official website, over 25 thousand different products can be found there.
