Yoga in the Park
Event
On June 20th and 27th, between 11 am and 12 pm, Yoga sessions for families take place in Serralves Park (Clareira das Azinheiras).
Being its genesis marked by a sensorial and naturalistic methodology, doing Yoga in the Serralves Park aims to create a moment of experiencing this ancient physical exercise and presents itself as an invitation to reflect on the body-nature connection.
Access: Park or General ticket; free admission for children up to 12 years old; 50% discount for young people between 13 and 18 and over 65 years old
Meeting point: Museum’s Front Desk
Maximum of 20 people, subject to mandatory registration to m.tavares@serralves.pt, until 5pm on the previous Friday.
All the equipment needed to do this activity (mat, water, among others) are of the participant's responsibility.
