Carnaval no Coliseu: A folia regressa a casa

Coliseu Porto Ageas prepared a big Carnival party for the evening of February 24th. Reviving the tradition of the “Carnaval Só no Coliseu” events, which marked the 40s, 50s and 60s in the city of Porto, the Coliseu is reunited with its own history and gives it a touch of the 21st century’s contemporaneity.
The doors open at 10 pm for an evening of live music featuring the The Royal Band orchestra, which will play the right hits to make everybody’s bodies move, on the Carnival’s eve.
The party will be embellished by the presence of Drag Queens from all over the country: Elektra Ashford, Agatha Top, Claudia Fux, Wanda Morelly, and from Porto, Natasha Semmynova, who surprised everyone on the television show “The Voice”.
The DJs Sininho & Mendes, from Club 447, will be in charge of the records, accompanied by female dancers. There will be a contest for the best masks.
All bars will be open and there will also be a cocktail show.
