This version of Cinderella is based on the Spanish version of "Cenicienta, la magia del musical" which in 2012 was one of three nominees for the Max Awards in the category of Best Children's and Family Musical.
The adaptation to Portuguese took into account what the Spanish authors tried, with this version of Cinderella, to keep the essence of the tale we all know, but with an environment that distances itself from the traditional parameters. Thus, we can enjoy a classic love story of personal and family triumph, adorned with a sophisticated wardrobe, a stage design with a certain shine of modernity, a current musical style and choreographies that take us from the elegance of waltzes to the expressiveness of more urban dances.
Cinderella is no longer a children's musical, but a show for the whole family that combines playfulness, the magic of other times, with today's technological resources, using plenty of colours, shapes and music. Lots of music!
