  • 'BaixóPito - Chicken House' is a new culinary concept in downtown Porto where chicken is the main staple. Inaugurated in July 2015, the menu offers new world techniques and flavours with the special touch of Chef Vasco Coelho Santos. The chicken, roasted using a special technique, is served with different sauces that vary with each menu. Traditional Portuguese delicacies are also offered in keeping with the theme: chicken soup, gizzards with corn bread and chicken wings are some examples. As for desserts, emphasis goes to the chocolate egg called Meiovo, Panna Cotta and ovos moles (sweet eggs).
