Essential Porto Walking Tour - E Fun Tours

Shortly after we arrive at S. Bento Railway station built on the site of a former Benedictine convent already inside the walled city. This is also one of the landmarks of the city and one of the most known stations in the world. Back on the street go up to the Cathedral and the convent of Santa Clara of which will make a brief historical explanation. The tour goes on to Vila Nova de Gaia by the upper deck of the Luís I bridge, and visit the monastery of Serra do Pilar and his round-shaped church, only one of its kind in the country. On the route you will find numerous other attractions for which we will also make a brief explanation of their environment in the city's history.
This visit about 3:00 h ends along the river near the Largo Sandeman, which was once the town hall of this city.
